TrueHost
An industry-disrupting, affordable way for hosts to list their accommodation.
A property-tech startup I founded to give independent hosts a genuinely affordable route to market — with the integrations, automation and direct-booking tools usually locked behind enterprise pricing.
Key features
Affordable by design
A pricing model built to undercut the incumbents, so listing your place no longer means handing over a painful slice of every booking.
Channel integrations
Sync availability, rates and content across the major booking platforms from a single source of truth.
Direct bookings
Give hosts their own conversion-ready booking flow with payments handled end to end.
Host dashboard
One clean dashboard for listings, calendars, performance and payouts — no spreadsheets required.
TrueHost started from a simple frustration: the tools that help hosts succeed online are either prohibitively expensive or stitched together from a dozen disconnected services. I wanted to build something that levels the playing field for independent operators.
The problem
Listing accommodation across multiple channels means juggling separate dashboards, paying steep commissions, and constantly fighting to keep calendars and pricing in sync. For smaller hosts, the overhead often eats the margin entirely.
The approach
TrueHost brings listings, integrations, payments and a direct-booking website together under one affordable subscription. The goal is to make the kind of automation that big operators take for granted accessible to everyone.
Where it’s headed
TrueHost is in active development. The near-term focus is hardening the core integrations and onboarding the first wave of hosts, with a longer roadmap around smart pricing and performance insights.
